About the service
Legal basis:
- Presidential Decree No. PP-113 of 20 April 2022 on additional measures to strengthen the delivery of public services through the digitalisation of state services;
- Presidential Decree No. PP-357 of 22 August 2022 on measures to advance information and communication technologies to a new stage;
- Cabinet of Ministers Resolution of 29 September 2022 on further improving the mechanisms of electronic cooperation and information exchange.
Information on the information systems and databases of state bodies is provided free of charge through the Interagency Integration Platform for interagency cooperation, and on a paid basis through the Digital Data Platform for commercial use.
Integration
The Digital Data Platform is a separate platform for organising electronic interaction between the parties to the e-government system.
Depending on the number of requests, a commission of 0.1% to 2% of the base amount is charged under the Cabinet of Ministers resolution. The rate is agreed.
Under those resolutions the proceeds are distributed as follows:
- 25% — to the state bodies providing the information resources;
- 25% — to the Digital Government Project Management Centre;
- 10% — to the Cybersecurity Centre;
- 10% — to the Centre for the Development of Electronic Technologies;
- the remainder goes to the state budget.

Connection terms
- The user completes the approved connection application and submits it to the operator.
- The operator decides on connection after reviewing the application against the requirements.
- The operator and the user jointly draw up and agree the technical instructions.
- Where necessary the operator connects the user over VPN channels.
Tariffs
The price per request depends on how many requests were processed successfully in the reporting period:

- An integration application.
- A copy of the legal entity's registration certificate.
- A copy of the certificate registering the personal-data database in the unified register (https://pd.gov.uz, https://my.gov.uz/ru/service/1135).
